Put that in your pipe and smoke it

Es ésta una linda frase que literalmente, quiere decir: "Poné eso en tu pipa y fúmalo". Pero idiomáticamente quizás no sepa que eso de "Put that in your pipe and smoke it", significa, "Te digo eso y considéralo". Por ejemplo: I have been told we shall have an increase of salary. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Me dijeron que tendermos un aumento de sueldo. Te digo eso y considéralo.
